Ocean Grove Surf Life Saving Club (SLSC) is seeking enthusiastic and experienced hospitality and kitchen staff to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at our club.
Positions Available:
- Front of House Staff (Waitstaff, Baristas, Bar Staff)
- Kitchen Staff (Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Hands)
- Event Staff (Casual positions available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Assisting in the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, kitchen, or event service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RSA for bar staff, Food Safety Certificate for kitchen staff) are advantageous or willingness to obtain
- A friendly, proactive, and reliable attitude
